SECP organized a session on incorporation and filing process of companies at Beaconhouse National University, Lahore. The aim of organizing the session was to educate the students about the filing requirements and procedure of registration of new businesses.

The representatives of SECP shared various features and benefits of company registration including e-filing procedures of incorporation for local and foreign nationals, electronic submission of requisite forms and information to be filed/submitted under Companies Act, 2017. They also emphasized the importance of corporate compliance for transparency and complete documentation.
