The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) conducted an awareness session on Company Incorporation for the students of University of Baltistan, Skardu. The objective of the seminar was to provide technical and professional knowledge to the students on contemporary developments in the area of incorporation of companies. SECP speaker gave a brief presentation on Companies (Incorporation) Regulations and relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2017. She highlighted the measures taken by SECP for the increase in corporatization and corporate compliance. The Executive Director, Investor Education Department (IED) also had a few words with the Vice Chancellor of University of Baltistan, Skardu about conducting more informative session for the students.
